Job Description

Job description:

Communicates company policies and legal regulations regarding loan documentation to the lenders. Documents commercial loan packages by using an automated software program, verifying accuracy of input and documents produced. Manually prepares documents as needed. Ensures correct combination of documents will be prepared/received for each transaction to secure legal interest of the company.
Processes documents and files to coordinate for consumer, commercial and SBA loan package completion. Sets up all types of loan files in computer systems, documents files to meet lending specifications, provides customer service and administrative support for lending department and officers. Perfect collateral for all loan types. Order credit reports, NACM, preliminary title insurance, and flood determination. Pend for collateral, update for financial information and UCC’s. May pay bills associated with loan center and filing fees. May work in a centralized processing unit with high volume production.
All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

This is a Sr. position which requires previous experience.
This job includes 60% sitting, 35% lifting and 5% standing
Good communications skills both written and oral, typing, filing, word processing, answering phones, time management skills. Understand and knowledge of compliance issues. Will have extensive contact with loan officers, branches, title companies, escrow and customers. Must be flexible to change and willing to adapt to policies and procedures as they occur.
LaserPro experience required.
Previous experience in a lending environment required, loan processing and/or Loan Secretarial experience required. Knowledge of lending regulations preferred. Compliance with all Federal and Washington State banking regulations including but not limited to BSA/AML, GLBA, and Privacy regulations.
