River City Bank currently has an excellent opportunity for a qualified individual as a Market Manager – Branch Lending and Sales. Manages the overall operations of a full service retail branch including operations, sales, customer service and security in accordance with Bank objectives, policies and procedures. The Market Manager is also responsible for soliciting, negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of complex consumer, commercial building and business loans in compliance with the Bank's lending policies and procedures; develops business checking and deposit relationships with customers; and promotes business for the Bank by business development calling; maintains good customer relations and refers customers to appropriate staff for new services.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

Bachelor degree in business and/or finance from an accredited college or equivalent work experience. Minimum of five years proven and progressive consumer and commercial lending experience, including credit analysis, business development and sales. Three years of supervisory experience in the deposit area of a financial services institution. Comprehensive knowledge of bank services and products as well as operations and security policies, practices and procedures.
