Our Internal Sales Organization, located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania is currently seeking Associate Annuities Sales Desk Specialists.

Successful candidates for the Associate Annuities Sales Desk Specialist will obtain a broad perspective of the Annuities/Financial Services industry and key competitors in the market place. Associates will stay informed of business trends in the industry in order to be proactive in providing Sales solutions. Associates will work closely with External Wholesalers, Marketing, Compliance, and Sales management, and build relationships with Financial Professionals within Sales territory. Successful candidates will demonstrate a solid understanding of the Annuity industry and have a solid understanding of a business-to-business sales model. Associates will participate in an attractive compensation plan.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
Spacer Image
* Action-oriented dynamic self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and drive
* Excellent telephone communication and sales skills
* Strong teamwork orientation
* 1 - 3 years of sales experience preferred
* Strong customer focus
* Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience
* Opportunity to develop industry knowledge, communication and presentation skills for advancement to a proactive sales role as an internal wholesaler.
* Must obtain Series 6 and 63 FINRA registrations and State Insurance licenses within specified time-frame
