Central Pacific Bank is looking for a professional who will manage database resources and systems to support applications in customer relationship management, customer household movement, sales campaign tracking, customer household file support for sales initiatives, and market research aligned with our corporate objectives. Will lead a team of analysts responsible for not only the technical aspects of a holistic MCIF program but also for actively marketing, motivating and educating internal users of the information.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, MIS, or Management; · 10 years experience in database management, or equivalent. · 10 years experience in the banking or financial services industry, or equivalent. · 10 years experience in negotiating and managing third party relationships. · Strong understanding of dynamics of bank customers, products, services, and relationships. · Excellent analytical and communication skills. · Strong working understanding of database management and data resources.
