Business & Finance Consulting (BFC / www.bfconsulting.org), a Swiss/German consultancy group, is engaged in consultancy and research related to microfinance. On behalf of international donors we advise commercial banks and microcredit organisations in transitional economies, predominantly in the CIS and increasingly in Asia. Our strength lies in the design and implementation of efficient and customer-oriented business models for granting credits to micro & small enterprises. To strengthen our teams working in Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova, we are currently looking to recruit graduates who display initiative and creativity and who are interested in a career in international consultancy.

The job will entail
• Participating in training lending staff at credit organisations and banks
• Assisting in credit risk analysis of micro and small enterprises
• Drawing up reports and analyses
• Implementing innovations in marketing and business process optimisation

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

What we expect
• University or equivalent degree, preferably in finance or economics
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Russian is an asset
• Ability to learn fast, self-confident, a team player
• Previous experience will be an advantage
