Job description as follows:

PRESIDENT
Minimum requirements for the potential candidate include: Bachelor’s and MBA, 10 years progressive experience in a community banking environment; demonstrated ability to effectively manage the diverse functions of a full service bank; ability to provide outstanding customer service; thorough knowledge of relevant federal and state regulatory practices; ability to advance technological and operational initiatives; desire to become actively involved in the community; develop and grow profitable business relationships.

Work with the Board of Directors to prepare and manage budgets and ensure and maintain compliance of the bank. Train, direct, and manage bank staff in daily operations and tasks, fostering a cohesive team. This candidate must be a pro-active leader with the ability to initialize methodical practices that increase productivity. We are seeking an individual that is forward-thinking, while acknowledging the bank’s needs as well as limitations. Candidate must have strong communication skills with the ability to write, speak, and present in a professional, articulate manner with Staff, Board, and customers.
