Market Research Manager – Sterling Savings Bank – Seattle, WA

Scope of the Position
Responsible for market research and analysis of current and future market and customer segments, you’ll develop conceptual and methodical approaches to addressing relevant organizational challenges, while designing, managing and producing intelligence on Sterling’s competitive position. Additionally, you’ll be relied upon to provide cross-functional support to product and marketing teams, perform in-depth analyses of customer information and create/manage infrastructure to lead promotion and campaign tracking efforts through financial and performance analyses.

Qualifications
The successful candidate we seek possesses a Bachelor’s degree (ideally a Master’s in Marketing) and at least 3 years of experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, statistical analysis, rational database management administration (MCIF preferred) and data warehouse query design and development. Must also be familiar with a master customer information system. Experience in the banking or financial industry with knowledge of bank product management and/or bank products is preferred. Working knowledge of CRM systems and processes is desired. Designation as a Certified Market Research Professional is a plus.
