First Montana Bank is searching for Real Estate Loan Originators in the Missoula, Bozeman, Kalispell, Butte and Anaconda markets. The Real Estate Loan Originator position is responsible for soliciting/originating real estate loans, monitoring/controlling loans, and assisting borrowers throughout the process.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in the origination of real estate loans, knowledge of the process/origination/sale of loans to secondary market investors, and an understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to real estate lending.

Education, training, experience:

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one (1) year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Attention to detail, effective customer service skills and working knowledge of MS Office programs are a must.
